60-minute massage made of a variation of different techniques. This session is best for general full body work, or 1-2 focus areas within a full body massage. When you come in we can discuss pressure and what techniques may work best for you.
90-minute massage made of a variation of techniques. This session is best for a complete work up for the entire body! 2-4 areas can be focused on. Hot stones are best paired with this session for relaxation, deeper work into the muscles, and a touch of warmth on these cold days! When you come in we can discuss pressure and what techniques may work best for you.
Add hot stones into your 60- or 90-minute massage! I use hot stones to pre-heat certain muscles to allow me to work through muscle tension a bit easier. Heating the muscle up prior can help decrease the pain related to built up tension. Hot stones can also be used to help relax the body and give a more soothing environment.
Add cupping into your massage to help release knots, tension, and pain. My cups are silicone and plastic. I use them primarily to help release tension and knots within the body in an attempt to do so with less pain present. Cupping brings the skin upward creating space just below the surface to allow blood to flow freely. This can cause bruising due to the suction.
Prenatal massage focuses specifically on relieving pains directly associated with pregnancy. Lower back, mid-back, calves, feet, and stomach are some of the main areas that are typically most painful during 2nd and 3rd trimester. During a prenatal you will be placed side laying to avoid laying on the belly. You will be propped up with either designated cushions or pillows to your comfort level. Please consult your OB before booking a prenatal. Please note it is NOT recommended to receive a prenatal massage within your 1st trimester as there is NOT enough studies to prove it does not cause a miscarriage.
